Shipping
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:
● Europe: 6 - 8 working days
USA: 3 - 4 working days
Australia: 2 - 14 working days
Japan: 4 - 8 working days
International: 10 - 20 working days
When will I receive my order?
It is difficult to predict shipping times. You can track the manufacturing times of our products and add extra days for shipping:
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand company that handles orders with facilities all over the world!
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may be subject to an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is assessed by the local customs office. The customs regulations vary from country to country. Please check directly with your local customs office whether duties and taxes are levied on your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please help us as follows:
● Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
Check with your local post office to see if the package has arrived. Check with your neighbours to see if the courier left the parcel with them. If the delivery address was correct and the parcel was not left with the post office or your neighbour, contact us at alexamirkhan@mail.ch with your order number. If you have found an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order. We can send you a replacement order, but shipping is at your own expense.
Orders
How are the products created?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders are handled and shipped by the facility that can and shipped by the facility that can do it most efficiently!

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
Returns
What is your returns policy? We work with a print-on-demand provider who does not produce the items until they are ordered. In order to avoid unnecessary overproduction, I ask you to think of the environment and not to order unnecessary products.
If something is wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is something wrong with your order or if you are dissatisfied by contacting us at alexamirkhan@mail.ch!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these points apply, contact our customers at [insert your support email here with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will sort it out.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
Since we work with a print-on-demand provider who doesn't make the items until they are ordered, we do not currently offer exchanges. To avoid unnecessary production of items, check out our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for each item in our store in the product description. While it is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled.
If this is the case, please let us know within one week of receiving your order at, alexamirkhan@mail.ch. Please include the order number and photos of the of the mislabelled item. We will send you a new one or refund your purchase price!
Return Policy
I, Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may revoke their order within two weeks without giving reasons in writing or by returning the goods. Except for productions according to specific customer wishes. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.

II, In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned. If you are unable to return the received performance to us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay compensation for lost value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a shop. The loss of value which, due to use beyond mere examination, results in the goods no longer being able to be sold as "new" - for example if there are traces of use - shall be borne by the customer. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.
III, Costs for the return of ordered goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered. The return shipment will only be accepted by us if it has been sufficiently franked. We will reimburse the shipping costs together with the amount refunded or deliver the exchange item without charging for postage.
IV, If the packaging shows external damage on delivery, the acceptance should be refused with a corresponding note to the postman (if necessary note the name of the deliverer). If damage or wrong delivery is only detected after opening the packaging, please contact us so that we can arrange for a possible return. Under no circumstances send goods back to us freight collect without prior consultation. We generally refuse to accept unstamped shipments.
